How to Return Merchandise
Non-Defective Returns:: All non-defective returns must arrive in original packaging in resaleable condition, with all parts included, or the package will be returned to your shipping address with no refund given. A restocking fee will apply for all non-defective returns. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Defective Item Returns:: If an item arrives damaged please contact us immeadiatly at 574-220-7173 or email us at contact@address-plques.com. Make sure to save all original packaging and shipping materials so a claim can be filed with the carrier. We will provide return instructions, as shown above, and we will take next steps to provide an exact replacement item. Non-Returnable Items:: ALL PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. If a receipt of the on-line transaction does not immediately follow submission of the order, customer agrees to contact company to confirm accuracy and receipt of order.
